We strive to help other nonprofit organizations and small businesses with their everyday business needs so they can focus on growing and helping others.

Our Story

Quakerdale has been around since 1861.  In 2018 the large Quakerdale organization split into multiple programs, including Quakerdale Business Services (QBS).  QBS was delevoped to help other organizations with their business startup, accounting, and human resources.

Mindy

Mindy Hadley

Executive Director

Mindy is a graduate from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Speech Communications/Organizational Communications.  She has been working at Quakerdale for over ten years and has experience in Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Property Management, Grant Writing, and Budgeting.

Marie

Marie Neubauer

Administrative Services Coordinator

Marie graduated from Southwestern Community College with a degree in Agricultural Business and has experience in Accounting, Marketing, Social Media, and Website Design.

Jess

Jessica Winter

Director of Administrative Services

Jessica graduated from Grandview College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and also has her Masters in Business Administration. She has experience in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Budgeting, Investments, Financial Audits, and Business Startups. She has been working at Quakerdale for 5 years.
